Hi-Ton Vibrating Screens

A computer structural analysis has designed Hawk vibrating screens with rigid, well-balanced, ideal construction enabling them to perform heavy duty work and extending the life of the screen surface.

Hawk have a large range of heavy duty screens from 3’ x 8’ through to 10’ x 24’ in a single, double or triple deck configuration all models, driven by single or twin Grease Lubricated Mechanism or Oil Lubricated Mechanism ‘Mining Standard’ design for continuous 24 hour operation.

Hi-Lite Light Duty Vibrating Screens

Hawk Hi-Lite vibrating screens are simple and strong in construction, made of individual components bolted together with high tensile bolts, requiring no special tools for worksite maintenance.

Hawk Hi-Lite screens come as a single, double or triple deck design in sizes ranging from 3’ x 6’ through to 5’ x 10’.

Hi-Flow Horizontal De-Watering Screens

Hawk Hi-Flow horizontal screens are ideally suited for quickly distributing a surging load into an even bed depth over the entire screening surface for exact sizing and quick dewatering of specification clean material.

• Hawk Hi-Flow horizontal screens come as a single, double or triple deck design in sizes ranging from 4’ x 8’ through to 8’ x 24’ driven by two out of balance motors or twin geared eccentric shafts mounted in oil bath housing installed over the machine.

Hi-Feed Vibrating Grizzly Feeders

Hawk Hi- Feed vibrating grizzly feeders come in standard duty and heavy duty models. Both have replaceable Bisalloy wear plates, lining the floor and sides of the feeder. The grizzly bars are made from cast, low-manganese steel and are removable.

The vibrating unit consists of two parallel counterweighted eccentric shafts, geared together and supported by spherical roller bearings all completely encased in a dust proof housing with oil bath lubrication.

The heavy duty Hawk Hi-Feed vibrating grizzly feeder XHF models are fabricated from heavy channel side members and I-beam cross members, all fully welded to withstand heavy shock loads.

Hawk H-Feed vibrating grizzly feeders come in sizes ranging from 36” x 12’ through to 72” x 18’.

Hi-Vibe Brute Force Pan Feeders

Hawk Hi-Vibe pan feeders use out of balance, vibrating motors to give large amplitudes with small drive power. The feeders can be resiliently mounted or suspended. They are fitted with replaceable wear liners as standard equipment. Construction is fully welded steel sections with stiffeners to form one unit. The vibrating resonance can be changed by adjusting the counterweight or by using a frequency inverter control.

Hawk Hi-Vibe pan feeders come in size ranges ranging from 450mm wide x 800mm long to 3000mm wide x 5000mm long.
